Peak Performance Health Centre was founded in 2004 in Cambridge Ontario with a clear vision, to become the best clinic in Cambridge, providing top-tier, team-oriented healthcare to the community. Inspired by our founder’s experience with professional sports teams and a multi-disciplinary practice in Brazil, we built an approach that prioritizes collaboration across health specialties to support each patient’s journey.

In 2022 we opened Powered by Peak Performance in a partnership with Linamar’s Health Hub to bring our services to Guelph and the Linamar community. We have continued to focus on our mission to not just establish a clinic, but to create a centre of excellence with a multidisciplinary team that is passionate about mastering their craft and are dedicated to the well-being of our patients.
